Wonder Woman, I Am.

Shopping is addictive! iSwear!!!

I had my off day yesterday, and so I fulfilled my wish which was to complete my Chinese New Year shopping. And obviously, I think I over fulfilled it.

I shopped more than what I expected or thought of buying. *giggles*

Okay, before I start telling my stories, let me list down what I bought (:

2 Jeans
2 Shorts
2 Dresses
2 Pairs of shoes
1 Sweater
and 4 babi-tees (baby-t’s) previously

WAHAHAHAHAHA.

I am officially re-addicted to shopping. That means,  ”Paipai wallet”.
.
.

Okay story time.

I am Wonder Woman, because I survived through a whole day in KL alone. Took a cab from Putra Heights to Subang KTM alone. Took a train to KL alone. Took monorail alone. Crossed the roads alone. Walked the streets alone. Shopped alone. Wandered in the mall alone. Drank lemonade alone. Went toilet alone. Spent money alone. Carried all my shopping bags alone. Waited for train alone, again. Reached back at Subang KTM, ALONE.

Schaw how wonderwoman.

But okaaaaay la. I was accompanied by all the shopping, so I didn’t feel that terrible. Besides, I bought loooooads of stuffs. That’s enough to satisfy me, and compensate the alone-ness.

You know, when I was waiting for the train in KL Central going back to Subang Jaya, I was amazed. I bought my ticket, and waited at Platform 5. I was exhausted, my feet were hurting after walking for the entire day, and my hands were loaded with shopping bags. So I took a seat while waiting for the train.

Not long later, an announcement on loudspeakers was as such:-

“The train to Port Klang will be arriving in 7 minutes. Please wait behind the blue line, thank you”

….and, to my surprise,

Everyone be it standing or seated, all stood up and quickly lined up behind the blue lines! Like seriously, proper straight lines. Like how Standard 1 kids put their arms on top of their friends in front of them, just so to make a straight queueing line.

I was stunned.

But within a minute, I snapped, and carried up all my shopping bags, and followed the queue though  I was still curious why hurry and rush when the announcement said the train is only going to arrive in 7 minutes! SEVEN!

But okay, never mind. I was shocked not only because of how in a hurry everyone was to line up, but I was shocked at how Malaysians suddenly became so civilized!!

Since when Malaysians line up for anything! What more waiting for a train! (okay besides for free things, hmmm)

I was thinking to myself,

Have we Malaysians became more civilized or was it THAAT long ago since I last took a train? Hmmmm…
.
.
Soon enough, the train arrived.

And right at that moment, just before the doors opened, the queues vanished. Poooofed. Everyone spreaded everywhere. No more straight lines, and all started pushing one another.

-.-

So much for lining up!!

And that’s when I knew that the last time I took a train wasn’t THAAT long ago. =)

Ha ha.
.

Well apart from this story, another story is that I took a wrong monorail from Imbi. I was supposed to go back to KL Central from Imbi. But I waited at the wrong platform, and I ended up stopping at Bukit Bintang. Which made me further away from KL Central.

Sigh.

So I got down, and switched platforms, and thank God I didn’t get lost in KL at night. Dammit. If only I had the car to drive down.

And yes AhSeng, I know how you are right about how I will never fail to get lost whenever I travel alone, be it by driving, or walking, or taking a bus or train. Hence, I never denied that fact.

At least I eventually will or did find my way. Huahuahua.
.
.
Okays. Today’s a tiring day at work. For some reason, my feet hurt like blardy arse today. Ugh.

And for some ODD reasons, 3 customers today thought I was malay. Or rather, chinese mixed malay, wtf. I have mata sepet org cina and senyuman cina lahh. (don’t ask me what is senyuman india and mlayu okay)

iLaters.

Yours truly,
Cheryl, shopping shopping shopping!
